Responsible Property Management Toolkit
The newly formed Asset Managers Forum, of which the Better Buildings Partnership is a member, has worked to adapt resources from the Better Buildings Partnership in the United Kingdom to develop a Responsible Property Management Toolkit for the Australian property sector.
The Responsible Property Management Toolkit includes 13 resources targeting different elements of sustainably managing a building, from energy management to occupier engagement.
Prior to the development of this Toolkit, there was no equivalent comprehensive sustainability toolkit for Australian real-estate. The toolkit aims to set a benchmark for the Australian industry when it comes to what is expected for environmental, social and governance (ESG) best practice activities in property management.
